We want to make sure that you receive the best dental care possible and make it as affordable as possible. We understand that finances are a major factor, and we are here to help you understand your dental insurance and financial options. If you have any questions call our office.
Payment Methods We Accept
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Check.
Need to pay your bill? Please visit our secure payment portal.
*A convenience fee of 3% will be added to the total amount for all credit card transactions. Debit card, HSA, FSA, cash, and check transactions are not subjected to convenience.
Insurance
We are in-network providers for Aetna, Metlife, Cigna, Delta Dental Premier, United Health Care, UMR, United Concordia, Dentemax, Guardian, Principal and most PPO plans. We are out of network with DMO and HMO.
We are happy to bill all insurance companies. You are responsible for any services that are not paid by your insurance. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.
Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
